I’ve always believed that leadership isn’t something reserved for corner offices or special titles — it’s found in the everyday moments where we choose courage, clarity, and connection. My own leadership journey began taking shape during my 13 years at the Better Business Bureau, where I helped grow Women in Business Networking (WiBN) and learned firsthand how powerful community, trust, and authenticity can be. Those years taught me the heartbeat of my leadership philosophy: we rise when we rise together.
Today, I serve as the Executive Director of Technology First, where I work closely with leaders, teams, and organizations across the Miami Valley to strengthen talent, foster collaboration, and drive meaningful impact. Whether I’m facilitating strategic conversations, supporting emerging leaders, or helping teams navigate change, my approach remains the same — practical, grounded, and human.
I created Everyday Leadership for mid-career women who are ready to grow — not through perfection or superhuman effort, but through honesty, awareness, and empowered action. Leadership isn’t about wearing a cape or a crown. It’s about showing up, choosing growth, and leading in ways that create real change at work, at home, and in the world.
